Well, I started this site 8 years ago with the intention of building a Hornet pit. During that time, I completed a make-shift Viperpit. It serves its purpose but now has found its place in a corner of my storage shed. I thought long and hard about building a Hornet but found that I had too many parts relating to a Viper so decided to continue on with that project. I made the decision to buy Tejay’s Viper pit over the Hornet thinking I did jot have enough room to have both. I was wrong. Once iI got my viper situated in the right spot, I was pleasantly surprised that I had the room. So, I bought the Hornet kit from Tejay. It will now be a race to see which one gets built first. LOL! My VR pit (Volair Sim) will probably go to my son and the Hornet will serve as both my VR and actual hands on the cockpit. So the ride begins after 8 years.

Some minor tweaks left, but all in all I can declare my home simulator completed. I really enjoyed building it and I'm quite satisfied with the final result...it's much more immersive than how it looks from the pics!
